Zhuhai Haoneng Intelligent Equipment Project Completion Acceptance

Gechuang Yungu South District is a customized factory building for Zhuhai Haoneng Intelligent Equipment Project 5.0. The completion of this project will further assist Jinwan District in improving the new energy industry cluster chain and become a new force in accelerating the support of the industrial economy in Zhuhai.

Zhuhai Haoneng intelligent Equipment Base

The Zhuhai Haoneng Intelligent Equipment Base is located in the Sanzao Dingjiawan Industrial Zone of Jinwan District, Zhuhai, on the south side of Dingwan 15th Road and the west side of Shengli Road. The total investment is about 560 million yuan, and the total construction area is about 99500 meters 2. The total capacity area reaches 161100 meters 2. The main construction includes functional areas such as factory buildings, warehouses, research and development, hazardous waste warehouses, dormitories, canteens, and activity rooms. The overall construction of the 5.0 customized factory building is of high standard, with a very high main floor height (13.4 meters to 16.5 meters), a large span (22.5 meters column spacing, 261 meters production line length), high load-bearing requirements (local load of 5 tons), and even a partial floor height of 23.3 meters. It belongs to the category of super long, super wide, and super high-rise building units.

Scientific construction, multiline parallel

The project is divided into two phases of construction, with a maximum building height of 52 meters. The first phase consists of factory buildings and research and development buildings, with a total length of approximately 260m and a width of approximately 163m for the main factory building; The second phase includes employee canteens, dormitories, and production facilities. Set up 200 ground motor vehicle parking spaces and 1302 non motor vehicle parking spaces. The main factory building is an ultra long and ultra wide single building, with a total planned construction period of 530 days. The project was ultimately completed with an actual construction period of 390 days.

In the construction of the project, Gree Construction Investment fully considers the scientificity, foresight, economy, and adaptability of the building. The project management team scientifically formulates a rush work plan to achieve organic integration of various construction flow sections, adopts independent pouring methods, and adopts intelligent methods such as wall measurement robots, plastering robots, and dust control drones to ensure efficient progress of the project schedule. The project was fully capped on May 23 and completed for acceptance on October 30, 2023.

The Zhuhai Haoneng Intelligent Equipment Project revolves around the five major industrial links of "production, research, innovation, exhibition, and commerce", creating a new type of industrial community that can be strolled in the block, read in the building, has warmth in the space, and serves zero distance.

Take effective measures to address the shortcomings of the original plot

In the early stages of construction, the land bearing capacity was extremely poor, with a sediment layer of nearly 20 meters thick at the bottom, which posed significant construction difficulties. The project adopted prestressed pipe piles as a whole, and effectively solved the construction difficulties of pipe piles under muddy geology through local replacement, reasonable use of construction machinery, and scientific arrangement of excavation procedures. In the mid-term of construction, in order to ensure the safety of high-rise formwork construction, it was decided to pour concrete for the column first. However, the pouring of concrete for an independent single column cannot be achieved through the use of a ground pump. Gree Construction Investment used an independent car pump to pour all the concrete, reducing the impact of technical limitations on the construction period and solving technical difficulties.

Ensuring High Standard Quality Engineering with High Strength

The main factory building of this project has a span of 22.5m and a load of 2-5 tons, making it difficult to design and construct. Gree Construction Investment has fully demonstrated the structural selection from multiple aspects such as construction period, cost, and technology, and ultimately adopted large-span slow bonding prestressed technology to meet the safety and functional requirements of the building. In order to overcome the difficulties in prestressed construction of multi span continuous beams, detailed demonstration and disclosure were carried out on the materials, structural requirements, construction calculation, production and installation, tensioning and releasing, anchor sealing, prestressed loss control, and construction management of slow bonding prestressed beams, ensuring the smooth completion of prestressed tensioning and safe demolding.

Exquisitely crafted with special craftsmanship

In terms of height, span, and load, all structural systems in the factory belong to the range of tall formwork, and all columns are designed with brackets. In the later stage, it is planned to set up 72 10 ton to 100 ton overhead cranes. Gree Construction Investment has established a special quality control team to conduct in-depth research on drawings, strictly conduct quality self inspection, and meticulously review and calibrate afterwards, effectively ensuring the smooth installation of later driving.

Kanhoo Group is about to start production

The Zhuhai Haoneng Intelligent Equipment Project belongs to the under construction project of Gree Construction Investment 5.0 Industrial New Space, which has the highest floor height, the largest span, and the largest single unit capacity area of concrete structure buildings. The currently customized super large and integrated factory building for Kanhoo Corporation is about to be put into operation.
